    This article focuses primarily on three areas: First the article deals with Alfred Döblin's concept of the novel and the function of the montage technique from his perspective. Secondly, the article draws attention to the fact that Alfred Döblin, a neurologist by profession, who later dedicated himself exclusively to his writing, used the montage technique intensively in his great city novel Berlin Alexanderplatz. The technique, which operates at different levels of language, narrative technique and plot, is demonstrated by selected examples from the novel. In each case the intention of the novelist is discussed. The article considers whether individual accumulating elements accord with the wholeness of the novel, and if so, how this interesting synthesis occurs. The final focus is on his efforts to use the montage technique to portray the big city. In the case of Berlin Alexanderplatz, this effort ultimately ends with a big city epic. In this study, we consider how Döblin used the montage technique in Berlin Alexanderplatz, which was central, and new for German literature at that time. Additionally, narrative styles and techniques as parables, paraboles, sound associations, word and rhyme repetition and relevant passages are supported by quotations from the novel. Bu makale, esas itibari ile üç hususa odaklanmıştır. İlk olarak Döblin'nin roman anlayışı ve onun açısından montaj tekniğinin işlevi ele alınmıştır. İkinci olarak; esas mesleği asabiye hekimliği olan ve sonradan kendisini sadece yazarlığa adayan Alfred Döblin'nin büyük şehir romanı Berlin Alexanderplatz'da montaj tekniğini çok yoğun bir şekilde ve dil, anlatım tekniği ve olay örgüsü gibi çok farklı düzlemlerde kullandığına dikkat çekilmiştir. Roman yazarının vurgulamak istediği hususların sebepleri araştırılmak suretiyle romandan yapılan alıntılarla bütün bunlar delillendirilmiştir. Yalnız başına kullanılan montaj ögelerinin romandaki bütünlük ile bağdaşıp bağdaşmadıkları, şayet bağdaşıyorlar ise bunun nasıl gerçekleştiğinin son derece ilginç bir bireşim oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmanın üçüncü ağırlık noktasını, büyük şehir tasvirinde montaj tekniğini kullanma denemesi oluşturmaktadır. Berlin Alexanderplatz örneğinde bu deneme, nihayetinde bir büyük şehir epiği ile son bulur. Bu makalede; o zamanki Alman edebiyatı için de merkezi ve oldukça yeni sayılan montaj tekniğinin Döblin tarafından bu romanda kullanılması ele alınmıştır. Döblin'in, bunlara ilaveten alıntılarla bezenmiş meseller, paraboller, kelime çağrışımları, kelime ve kafiye yinelemeleri gibi anlatım araçları ve biçimlerini montaj tekniğinin vazgeçilmez unsurları olarak kullandığı etraflıca açıklanmış ve konuya uygun pasajlar romandan yapılan alıntılarla temellendirilmiştir.

    In den letzten Jahren ist eine kaum überschaubare Anzahl von Büchern zum Thema Körpermodifikationen erschienen, was aber bisher fehlt, ist ein klares Verständnis und eine kurze überblicksartige Dаrstellung der gängigen Formen der Fachausdrücke im Bereich der ästhetischen Chirurgie, die dem linguistisch-medizinisch Interessierten einen prägnanten Einblick in die Herkunft, die Wоrtbildung und die Häufigkeit und vergleichende Analyse der medizinischen Termini liefert. Deshalb soll in diesem Artikel versucht werden, einen kleinen Beitrag zur Bildung und Entwicklung ästhetisch-medizinischer Terminologie zu leisten. Bei dem vorliegenden Artikel handelt es sich um eine deskriptive Terminоlоgiearbeit, deren Ziel es ist, die verwendete Terminologie eines Fachgebietes zu beschreiben und aufzuzeichnen In this article, the characteristics of the problems of terminology in the field of aesthetic plastic surgery are discussed. Contemporary attitudes have shifted away from the adopted classical methods of the past to newer forms. This has the effect of reshaping the terminology and affects the relevance of the chosen topic. Bu bilimsel çalışmada, Plastik ve Estetik Cerrahi alanındaki dil ve terminoloji sorunlarının temel özellikleri tartışılmaktadır. Çağdaş yaklaşımlar, yerini geçmişin klasik yöntemlerinden daha yeni modellere bırakmaktadır. Bu yaklaşım, terminolojinin yeniden şekillenmesini ve seçilen konuya olan ilgiyi etkilemektedir.

    Present conditions are affecting the educational process and as a result of these changes restructuring these processes is essential. There is no doubt that in teaching foreign languages in general and in particular German as a foreign language, one of the prerequisites to gain for providing a qualified German language teaching is the training of qualified and well equipped German teachers. In this context one of the substantial competences in the training process is the linguistic competence. It is aimed that at the end of their study period, German language teacher candidates should have the ability of using the German language in written and spoken area and creating models for their prospective students.

    Despite the new technological developments writing has not lost its importance; on the contrary, ist importance has been increasing day by day. German teacher candidates should be trained to be able to express themself written as well as verbally to respond to their students' writing needs. For this reason students who graduated from the German Language Teaching Department of Hasan Ali Yücel Faculty of Education of Istanbul University in 2013-2014 academic year were asked to evaluate their writing competence.

    The self assessments results of the candidate teachers are going to be compared with the results of the writing competence part of the Goethe Zertifikat C1 examination. The aim is to determine proficiency in the duration of 4 years. The results also constitute the scientific basis of curricular discussions in the field of writing courses of the German Language Teaching Department. Günümüz koşulları, eğitim süreçlerini de etkileyen, onların yeniden yapılandırılmalarını gerektiren ve değişimlerin gerçekleştiği bir süreçtir. Kuşkusuz genelinde yabancı dil öğretiminde özelinde ise yabancı dil olarak Almanca öğretiminde nitelik kazandırmanın önkoşullarından biri de nitelikli Almanca öğretmenlerinin yetiştirilmesidir. Bu bağlamda Almanca öğretmen yetiştirim sürecinde aday öğretmenlere kazandırılması gereken bir çok yetinin yanı sıra vazgeçilmez yetilerden biri de dilsel yetinin kazandırılmasıdır. Almanca öğretmen adaylarının aldıkları dört yıllık eğitimin sonunda Alman dilini yazılı ve sözlü alanda öğrencilerinin dil düzeylerine göre etkin olarak kullanarak öğrencileri için model oluşturmaları hedeflenmektedir.

    Yeni teknolojik gelişmelere rağmen dilsel yetiler arasında yer alan yazma yetisi halen önemini yitirmemiş ve daha da önem kazanmaktadır. Almanca öğretmen adayları kendilerini sözlü olduğu kadar yazılı olarak da ifade edebilmeli ve öğrencilerin yazılı gereksinimlerine cevap verebilecek nitelikte kendini yetiştirmelidir. İşte bu nedenden dolayıdır ki İstanbul Üniversitesi Hasan Ali Yücel Eğitim Fakültesi Yabancı Diller Eğitimi Bölümü Alman Dili Eğitimi Anabilim Dalı’ndan 2013-2014 eğitim öğretim yılında mezun olan aday öğretmenlerden Almanca yazma yetilerini değerlendirmeleri istenmiştir. Öğretmen adaylarının öz değerlendirme sonuçları Goethe Enstitüleri tarafından gerçekleştirilen Zertifikat C1 sınavının yazma bölümünden alınan sonuçlar ile karşılaştırarak dört yıllık eğitim süresinde yazma becerilerinin nasıl geliştiğine bakılacaktır.

    Sowohl international als auch national ist erkennbar, dass Länder in Bereichen Wirtschaft, kommunikative und informative Technologien, Politik, Bildung und Gesellschaft in unterschiedlicher Art und Weise mit kulturellen bzw. interkulturellen Tendenzen konfrontiert sind. Diese Tatsachen reflektieren somit, dass Gesellschaften immer mehr mit interkulturellen Herausforderungen in Kontakt kommen. Interkulturelles Lernen, Interkulturalität und interkulturelle Kompetenz enthalten gleichfalls im gegenwärtigen und modernen Fremdsprachenunterricht eine bedeutende Rolle und ein wichtiges Aufgabenfeld. It is undebatable that knowledge of countries and intercultural learning are important phenomena in German Language Teaching programs in Turkey. Developing and encouraging intercultural communication competence is a main purpose of German Language Teaching departments. Other than course books, materials and media tools, teaching staff is especially important and takes on essential roles in this process. The main purpose of this study is to reveal to what extent teaching staff of German Language Teaching departments address knowledge of countries and intercultural communication in their lectures. In accordance with this purpose, the opinions of the teaching staff working in German Language Teaching departments in various universities of Turkey have been collected on intercultural competence. One of the significant results in accordance with the findings of the study is that teaching staff attach great importance to intercultural learning and apply it via different media, information and communication technologies, activities and exercises. Türkiye'deki Alman Dili Eğitimi programlarında ülke bilgisi ve kültürlerarası öğrenmenin önemli bir olgu olduğu tartışılmaz bir gerçektir. Kültürlerarası bildirişim yetisinin geliştirilmesi ve teşvik edilmesi Alman Dili Eğitimi Anabilim dallarında bir amaçtır. Bu süreçte ders kitapları, materyaller ve medya araçlarının dışında özellikle öğretim elemanları önemli ve gerekli roller üstlenmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Alman Dili Eğitimi Anabilim dallarında ders veren öğretim elemanlarının derslerinde ülke bilgisi ve kültürlerarası bildirişim konularını ne derece irdeledikleri konusunu ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Türkiye’nin farklı üniversitelerinin Alman Dili Eğitimi Anabilim dallarında görev yapan öğretim elemanlarının kültürlerarasılık yetisi konusundaki görüşlerine başvurulmuştur. Çalışmanın bulguları doğrultusunda ortaya çıkan önemli sonuçlarından biri, öğretim elemanlarının kültürlerarası öğrenmeye büyük önem verdikleri ve farklı medya, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri, aktiviteler ve alıştırmalar ile kültürlerarası öğrenmeyi uyguladıkları örülmektedir.

    Considering the misunderstanding of the particles used as an adverb by itself in closely related languages, we will try to provide the comprehension of sense of language about this area, which is missing in German. For this purpose, opposite language pairs seeming logical and etimological proofs about language variation will be presented. Firstly, we will try to explain what the sense of language is. We believe that it is more appropriate to say 'language acquisition' which can be acquired and developed by means of activities in foreign language classes. Examples verify this. In the conclusion, some other clarifying questions follow. Yakın akraba dillerde tek başına belirteç olarak kullanılan ilgeçlerin yanlış anlaşılmasından yola çıkarak, Almancada (bu alanda) eksik olan dil mantığının anlaşılmasını sağlamaya çalışacağız. Bunun için mantıklı görünen karşıt dilsel çiftler, dilsel değişimle ilgili kökenbilgisi ve kanıtlar sunulacaktır. İlk aşamada "dil duygusu" nun ne anlama gelebileceğini açıklamaya çalışacağız. Bunun yerine, yabancı dil dersinde edinilebilecek ve alıştırmayla geliştirilebilecek "dil edinci" demenin daha doğru olduğunu düşünüyoruz. Örnekler bunu doğrulamaktadır. Sonuçta ise açıklayıcı diğer sorular sıralanmaktadır
