XXXI. yere of the reygne of the moste excellent, moste hygh, and mooste myghtye prynce Henry the eyghte, by the grace of God kynge of Englande and of Fraunce, defendour of the faythe, lorde of Irelande, and in erthe [sic] vnder Christe supreame heed of the churche of Englande, our most redoubted souerayne lord, there holden [and] afterwarde continued by dyuers prorogacions, vnto the. xii. day of Apryll in the saide yere. ...
