    Almanca dil bilgisinin temel tartışmalı konularından biri sözcük türlerinin tanımlanması ve hangi ilkeler doğrultusunda tasnif edilmesi mevzudur. Bilhassa 'edatlar' ve edatların içinde yer alan 'pekiştirme edatların' tanımlanması hakkında farklı görüşler bulunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda dilbilim araştırmalarının en ilginç araştırma konularından birisi gerçek anlamlarını kısmen veya tamamen yitirmiş, farklı bir dilbilimsel işlev kazanarak 'pekiştirme edatı' özelliği taşıyamaya başlayan sözcüklerdir. Bu makalenin ilk bölümünde 'edat' ve 'pekiştirme edatı' kavramlarının tanımlanması ve sınıflandırılması hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde Alman dil dilbilimci Hentschel'in (1998) 'pekiştirme edatları' (Intensivpartikel) olarak ele aldığı, kısmen birer metaforik özellik taşıyan sözcükler irdelenmiştir. Söz konusu sözcüklerin belli alanlardaki kullanımı Almanca ve Türkçe örneklerle incelenmiş, iki dil arasındaki farklılıklar ve benzerlikler ortaya konmuştur. There are different views on the definition of 'particle' and 'intensive particle'. An interesting object of study of linguistics in this context are primarily grammaticalized words that lose their actual lexical meaning, assume grammatical functions and act as lexical intensifiers.     Namen sind seit Jahrhunderten ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Lebens der Menschen. Die Auswahl eines geeigneten Namens spielt für viele Eltern eine große Rolle für ihr Kind. Infolgedessen ist die Benennung nach der Geburt für alle Kulturen ein äußerst wichtiges Ereignis. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Vornamen im Deutschen und im Türkischen untersucht, die aus Blumennamen stammen. Das Ziel ist es, herauszufinden, aus welchen Sprachen die Vornamen mit Blumennamen ins Türkische und Deutsche entlehnt worden sind, und ob es Parallelen und Unterschiede bei der Frequenz der entlehnten Vornamen aus unterschiedlichen Sprachen und beim Gebrauch von bestimmten Blumenarten gibt. ; Names have been an important part of people's lives for centuries. For many parents, choosing a suitable name plays an important role for their child. As a result, the naming after birth is an extremely important event for all cultures.This study aims to analysis first names in German and Turkish, which come from flower names. The goal is to find out from which languages the first names with flower names have been borrowed into Turkish and German; and whether there are parallels and differences in the frequency of borrowed first names from different languages and the use of certain types of flowers.

In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden Vornamen im Deutschen und im Türkischen untersucht, die aus Blumennamen stammen. Das Ziel ist es, herauszufinden, aus welchen Sprachen die Vornamen mit Blumennamen ins Türkische und Deutsche entlehnt worden sind, und ob es Parallelen und Unterschiede bei der Frequenz der entlehnten Vornamen aus unterschiedlichen Sprachen und beim Gebrauch von bestimmten Blumenarten gibt. Names have been an important part of people's lives for centuries. For many parents, choosing a suitable name plays an important role for their child. As a result, the naming after birth is an extremely important event for all cultures.This study aims to analysis first names in German and Turkish, which come from flower names. The goal is to find out from which languages the first names with flower names have been borrowed into Turkish and German; and whether there are parallels and differences in the frequency of borrowed first names from different languages and the use of certain types of flowers.
