    Abstract ; Das Ziel dieser Arbeit war, den Bedarf an der akademischen Wissenschaftssprache DaF bei internationalen Studierenden im Fachgebiet DaF der TUB zu ermitteln und zu analysieren sowie ein Förderkonzept in Form einer Online-Lernplattform zur Aneignung der akademischen Wissenschaftssprache DaF zu entwickeln, das auf die Bedarfe internationaler Studierender im Fachgebiet DaF der TUB ausgerichtet ist. Als zentrale Forschungsmethode der Arbeit wurde die Bedarfsanalyse festgelegt. Zum Zweck der Bedarfsermittlung erfolgte eine Triangulation der Datenerhebungsmethoden und der Datenquellen. Die angewandten Methoden der Datenerhebung waren das Leitfadeninterview und die Dokumentenanalyse. Die Triangulation der Datenquellen bezog sich auf internationale Studierende im Fachgebiet DaF der TUB, ehemalige Studierende, Lehrende sowie Dokumente und schriftliche Arbeiten internationaler Studierender. Bei der Analyse der Interviews, der Dokumente sowie der schriftlichen studentischen Arbeiten konnte festgestellt werden, dass die internationalen Studierenden Schwierigkeiten bei der Verwendung der akademischen Wissenschaftssprache DaF haben. Außerdem ergab die Analyse, dass sich die Problemfelder der untersuchten Zielgruppe auf verschiedene Bereiche der Wissenschaftssprache bzw. des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens beziehen. Zusammenfassend lassen sich die festgestellten Schwierigkeiten in vier Gruppen einteilen, nämlich der wissenschaftliche Stil, die formalen Anforderungen an wissenschaftliche Arbeiten, die inhaltlichen Anforderungen an wissenschaftliche Arbeiten sowie die Techniken des wissenschaftlichen Arbeitens. Schließlich zeigte die Untersuchung, was die Bedarfe internationaler Studierender im Fachgebiet DaF der TUB an der akademischen Wissenschaftssprache DaF sind. Auf Grundlage der ermittelten Bedarfe wurde ein Förderkonzept in Form einer Online-Lernplattform zur akademischen Wissenschaftssprache DaF entwickelt. Mit diesem Förderkonzept wird versucht, den internationalen Studierenden am Fachgebiet DaF der TUB eine zusätzliche Fördermöglichkeit für die Aneignung der akademischen Wissenschaftssprache anzubieten und sie somit beim wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten im Studium zu unterstützen. ; Abstract ; The objective of this dissertation was to determine and analyze the needs of the international students of the subject DaF of the TUB regarding the German scientific language as well as to develop a concept to promote the acquisition of the scientific language in form of an online learning management system, which is aligned with the language needs of the international students of the subject DaF of the TUB. The needs analysis was defined as the central research method. A triangulation of the data collection methods and of the data sources was used with the purpose of determination of the needs. The methods utilized for the assessment of data were the interview and the document analysis. The triangulation of the data sources refers to international students of the subject DaF of TUB, former students, teachers and as well to documents and written essays of international students. During the analysis of the interviews, the documents and the written essays of students was possible to observe that the international students have difficulties with the use of the scientific language in the academic context. Moreover, the analysis shows that the field of problems of the investigated group correlates with different areas of the scientific language and scientific writing respectively. Summarizing, the assessed difficulties can be divided into four groups, namely the scientific style, the formal demands of scientific papers, the textual requirements of scientific papers and the techniques of scientific writing. Finally, the study shows which are the needs in the German scientific language of international students of the subject DaF of TUB. A concept in form of an online learning management system to promote the German scientific language for academic purposes was developed based on the needs assessed. This concept tries to provide to the international students of the subject DaF of TUB an additional possibility of acquisition of the German scientific language in the academic context. Therefore supporting them during the writing of scientific papers in their studies.

    Sprache besitzt eine ihr innewohnende Bildmacht, sie evoziert bei ihrem Rezipienten unwillkürlich Vorstellungsbilder. Dies gilt besonders für poetische Sprache. Unter Einbezug rezeptionsästhetischer Ansätze zeigt die Studie anhand des Beispiels der Figurendarstellung die Charakteristika und Differenzen der Bildprogramme mittelhochdeutscher Erzähltexte auf. Die Untersuchung geht dabei von der These aus, dass die Methoden der Bildevokation an das ihnen zugrunde liegende Medium gebunden sind. Untersucht werden deshalb zum einen Texte semioralen Ursprungs und zum anderen solche, die konzeptioneller Schriftlichkeit zuzurechnen sind. Abschließend stellt sich die Frage nach dem Verhältnis von ‚histoire‘ und ‚discours‘ im Medienwechsel von Mündlichkeit zu Schriftlichkeit. Mit der Bewusstwerdung der Sprache scheint gleichzeitig eine Verschiebung des Schwerpunktes von der Erzählung zum Erzählen stattzufinden.

    Theodor Mommsen (1817-1903) inicia los Prolegomena de su edición crítica del Código Teodosiano recordándonos que dicha obra -promulgada por el emperador Teodosio II en el año 438- constituye la primera codificación jurídica oficial después de la célebre Ley de las XII Tablas, publicada a mediados del siglo V a.C. Se trata, por tanto, de una de las principales fuentes para el conocimiento del Derecho romano. El presente trabajo pretende exponer los avances de la restauración del texto teodosiano en cada una de las ediciones conocidas, fundamentalmente en las anteriores a Gustav Hänel. Se trata, en definitiva, de que el lector pueda saber lo que se esconde tras una cita del Código Teodosiano en una época concreta. Con este objetivo presento al lector la historia de esta reconstrucción progresiva desde dos ángulos posibles: el primero, el de la tradición manuscrita del Código, considerando sobre todo el aspecto histórico de los códices; y el segundo, el del comentario de las ediciones, desde la primera de 1517 hasta la última e incompleta de Krüger (1926). En consecuencia, podemos hablar de dos partes: una, destinada a ordenar el material manuscrito, que comprende cinco capítulos desarrollados según el sistema de los Prolegomena de Mommsen, monumento de erudición más citado que leído; y otra, que tiene por objeto las ediciones conocidas, en la que, como digo, me detengo más en las ediciones antiguas, menos estudiadas y carentes de prefacios explicativos.
