    Experiências migrantes, embora distintas, são geralmente acompanhadas de uma sensação de exílio e ainda que seja comum pensar o exílio como uma condição político-geográfica, na qual o sujeito é ou se vê obrigado a permanecer distante do seu lar e das suas origens, ele pode, na verdade, assumir outras formas. Entre estas, é possível citar o exílio físico - quando o sujeito, independente da sua localização espacial, sente-se exilado em função do seu gênero ou da sua etnia, por exemplo. Outra forma de exílio é o exílio linguístico - quando o sujeito se encontra em uma situação na qual escolhe - ou, por alguma razão, precisa - produzir e se comunicar em uma língua que não a sua primeira. Comum a todas as formas de exílio está a estreita ligação que estabelecem com a noção de hospitalidade e também com a noção de exofonia, que se relaciona à escrita de autores que vêm de todas as partes do mundo e, ao mesmo tempo, não pertencem a lugar nenhum e que são levados a escrever em outras línguas, além da sua primeira. A escrita exofônica evidencia um deslocamento que é sim político e geográfico, mas é ainda ‒ ou ainda mais que isso ‒ linguístico, textual, identitário, inserindo esses autores no que Ottmar Ette (2005) denomina literatura sem morada fixa ['Literatur ohne festen Wohnsitz']. A partir da análise do conto "Ein Gast" ["Um hóspede"] - obra de Yoko Tawada, na qual a protagonista japonesa vivencia uma série de estranhamentos em relação ao outro alemão, evidenciando o caráter central das noções de exílio e hospitalidade -, serão analisadas e discutidas a íntima relação entre essas noções bem como a centralidade do papel que a exofonia desempenha nessa dinâmica.     Este artigo tem o intuito de investigar conceitos atuais que designam a escrita de autores migrantes, sobretudo, os refugiados cuja escrita ultrapassa os limites biográficos e nacionais, ausente a possibilidade de alocação de suas escritas em qualquer classificatória. Apesar de esforços ao longo da história dos estudos literários de desagregar os escritos desses autores à sua origem, na tentativa de retirar um crivo nacional, vê-se em historiografias literárias recentes certo apego ao ideário constitutivo da nação na denominação das literaturas escritas por migrantes. Como exemplo dos escritores outrora refugiados na Alemanha e sua recente produção, este artigo propõe a ideia mundialização desses escritos, em uma espécie de nova 'Weltliteratur'. ; This paper aims to investigate current concepts which designate the writing of migrant authors, especially refugees whose writing exceeds the biographical and national limits, absent the possibility of allocating their writing in any classification. Although efforts throughout the history of literary studies to disaggregate the writings of these authors of their origin, in the attempt to remove a national bias, it is possible to still verify, in recent literary historiographies, a certain attachment to the constitutive ideology of the nation in the denomination of written literatures by migrants. As the example of the writers once refugees in Germany and its recent production, this article proposes the idea of "worldzation" of these writings, in a kind of new 'Weltliteratur'.

    Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar e discutir a tradução do texto "Die Lesung" (In: HELMINGER, Guy, 2001, p. 84 a 95), que esteve dentre os contos traduzidos pela autora na prática de "Estágio Supervisionado do Alemão I". Guy Helminger, o escritor traduzido, é luxemburguês de nascença e cosmopolita de profissão. De suas viagens e estadas pelo mundo, publicou, entre outras obras, "Die Allee der Zähne: Aufzeichnungen und Fotos aus Iran" (2018) e "Die Lehmbauten des Lichts: Aufzeichnungen und Fotos aus dem Jemen" (2019). "Rost", um de seus livros de contos, teve a primeira edição publicada em 2001, agraciada pelo Prix Servais em 2002, e a reedição publicada em 2016 (CAPYBARABOOKS e CONTER E JACOBY (200[2?])). "Die Lesung" ("A sessão de leitura") compõe a segunda parte do livro, que é dividido em três. O conto narra em onze agoniantes páginas as peripécias enfrentadas por Robert Fritzen em uma sessão de 'leitura de obra pelo próprio autor'. Impressionado pelo estofamento das cadeiras ou distraído por tossidas e fios de cabelo, Fritzen é engolido por neuras. Se o texto deve qualquer parte do seu valor estético à irritação que pode/tenta causar no leitor, traduzi-lo esteve, pelo contrário, longe de ser irritante: Helminger apresenta um texto desfrutável, mesmo sem contar com nenhum acontecimento trágico (como nos demais textos do livro). Dentre as dificuldades de tradução, se destaca o desfio de manter a linguagem realista, como caracteriza Weidner (2002), na descrição de eventos que beiram o surrealismo - ou a loucura. ; Ziel dieses Textes ist die Übersetzung der Erzählung "Die Lesung", von Guy Helminger, vorzustellen und zu diskutieren, der von der Autorin als Aufgabe für den Kurs "Praktikum der Übersetzung des Deutschen I" übersetzt wurde.     Este dossiê temático - organizado por dois professores universitários brasileiros de nascimento austríaco - cujas contribuições abordam a Áustria e sua literatura no Brasil e no mundo, reune quinze artigos de pesquisadores austríacos, alemães e brasileiros das mais várias áreas de Letras além de Filosofia e de História. A motivação pela sua organização é homenagear a recentemente fundada Coleção Austríaca da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) que se entende como ponto de referência em assuntos de cultura, história e literatura austríacas em solo brasileiro e como porta-voz de cursos, eventos, exposições e projetos relacionados às mesmas.

    Este artigo propõe-se a mapear, por meio de seus registros literários, alguns momentos da longa e ambivalente história do processo de integração e assimilação dos judeus à cultura austro-alemã - uma história que se inicia já nos últimos anos do século XVIII, e cujos reflexos literários reverberam século XXI adentro. A contraposição entre uma visão essencialista de cultura e outra fundamentada no conceito alemão de 'Bildung' é o princípio fundamental que opera nos diferentes desdobramentos desta história aqui analisados, e gera dúvidas e perplexidades ainda hoje significativas para o estudo da literatura austro-judaica. ; This article aims at tracing the contours of the long and ambivalent history of the integration and assimilation of Jews to Austro-German Culture, by means of some literary renderings of this phenomenon. The beginnings of this process are to be found in the late 18th century, but its literary reflections shine well into the 21st century. The contraposition between an essentialist understanding of culture and a different one, based on the German idea of 'Bildung', are at the core of the different developments of this process analyzed here, generating doubts and perplexities which are still significant for the study of Austro-Jewish literature.

    Neste artigo, partimos de um momento representativo da história austríaca, no final dos anos 1950, marcado por alguns desenvolvimentos no plano da vida social que buscavam parceria e harmonia, sem lidar com seu passado em relação ao nazismo. Contra essa situação se insurgem alguns autores fundamentais para a literatura austríaca, buscando formalizações estéticas que efetivam uma localização histórica crítica, que deve muito à perspectiva do materialista histórico benjaminiano. O recorte desse artigo recai sobre duas obras: o conto "Unter Mördern und Irren" (escrito em 1956-7, publicado em 1961), de Ingeborg Bachmann e o romance "Auslöschung" (1986), de Thomas Bernhard. ; The background of this study is the end of the 1950s, a representative moment in Austrian history, which was characterized by some developments in social life. These developments searched for partnership and harmony, without dealing with the country's past in relation to Nazism. Against this situation, some important writers of Austrian literature appear and are guided by aesthetic formalizations that promote a critical historic setting, mainly due to Benjamin's historical-materialist approach. The aim of this paper is to analyze two literary texts: the short story "Unter Mördern und Irren" (written in 1956-7, published in 1961), by Ingeborg Bachmann and the novel "Auslöschung" (1986), by Thomas Bernhard.

    Johann Nepomuk Nestroy (1801-1862) foi um dos dramaturgos mais importantes da história do teatro da Áustria. Ator e autor aclamado durante seu tempo, é também nome de referência e enorme influência para muitos escritores austríacos canônicos do século XX e do começo do XXI, que até hoje se definem como devedores de sua poética dramatúrgica (por exemplo, Karl Kraus ou Elfriede Jelinek). Este artigo, além de destacar o papel do dramaturgo com "ancestral" para uma parte da literatura austríaca, lança um olhar sobre a única tradução de uma peça de Nestroy disponível no Brasil ("Cacique Vento-da-Tarde ou O festim do horror", publicada em 1990), com o intuito de colocar em questão a visão recorrente da obra de Nestroy como "intraduzível". ; Johann Nepomuk Nestroy (1801-1862) was one of the most important playwrights in the history of Austrian theater. He was an acclaimed actor and author during his time, and he is also a reference writer and a huge influence for many canonical Austrian writers in the 20th and early 21st centuries, who today define themselves as debtors of his dramaturgical poetics (for instance, Karl Kraus ou Elfriede Jelinek). The article highlights the role of Nestroy as an "ancestor" for part of Austrian literature, and also looks at the only translation of a Nestroy play available in Brazil ("Cacique Vento-da-Tarde ou O festim do horror", 1990), in order to call into question the common view of Nestroy's work as "intranslatable".
