Taking linguistic, literary as well as historical perspectives, the book is intended for Bachelor’s and Master’s level students in the humanities and cultural sciences. Dieses Studienbuch bietet die erste einführende Darstellung in die Koloniallinguistik. Die sich international etablierende Disziplin greift den Zusammenhang von sprachlicher Kommunikation und (post)kolonialen Machtkonstellationen auf. Das Buch richtet sich mit Kapiteln aus sprach-, literatur- und geschichtswissenschaftlicher Perspektive an Studierende der Geistes- und Kulturwissenschaften im Bachelor- und Master-Studium.
