entituled Some calculations and remarks relating to the present state of the publick debts and funds; and a proposal for the entire discharge of the National Debt and Incumbrance in Thirty Years Time, by Archibald Hutcheson, Esq; In a letter to a member of Parliament; Wherein several Mistakes are rectify'd: Misrepresentations exploded; and the Present Ministry Vindicated from the invidious Reflections cast upon them. To which is added, a new proposition to raise money for the use of the publick Humbly submitted to the Consideration of both Houses of Parliament; of the Lords of His Majesty's Treasury; and of the Governors and Directors of the Bank, East-India, and South-Sea Companies -
