Before the Most Noble and Right Honourable the Lords Commissioners of Appeals in Prize Causes. Appeal from the High Court of Admiralty of England. The Rachael Mobareck, otherwise Tatty Mumbarick, Jose Pereira de Souza, master. The Right Honourable William Murray, commonly called Lord William Murray, the claimant, as agent for and on behalf of Ephraim Cohen, of the city of Cochin, in the dominions of the Rajah of Old Cochin, and a subject of the said King or Rajah, the real, true, lawful, and sole owner and proprietor of the said ship, her tackle, apparel, and furniture, and of the several goods, wares and merchandizes hereinafter mentioned, laden and on board the said ship at the time of the capture and seizure thereof, in the month of July 1781, in the road of Cudalore, in the East Indies, by a party of seapoys, or seamen, under the command of the Right Honourable Vice-Admiral Sir Edward Hughes, Knight of the Most Honourable order of the Bath, commander in chief of a squadron of His Majesty's ships and vessels in teh East Indies, - - - - - - appellant.
