Einen Sonderfall stellen das Kesmarker Stadtprotokoll aus den Jahren 1554-1614 sowie das zweitälteste Gerichtsbuch von Kesmark aus den Jahren 1607-1624 dar, in denen die ostmitteldeutschen Merkmale gänzlich fehlen. [.] Nach Piirainen könnte dies auf eine eigene Schreibtradition in der Kesmarker Stadtkanzlei hinweisen. Die Teilergebnisse der sprachlichen Analyse von Originalhandschriften der Zunftsatzungen aus den Jahren 1573-1636 deuten jedoch darauf hin, dass man den ostmitteldeutschen bzw. schlesischen Einfluss in der Kesmarker Kanzleisprache nicht ausschließen kann. ; In Middle Ages and in Early Modern Period the town of Kežmarok belonged to the most famous towns of Upper Hungary. The town had its own office wich employed notary and typists since the 14th century at the latest. Many Latin and German documents made in the office of Kežmarok were preserved in the archives. Most of them have not been processed yet. The author of the study presents the partial results of the analysis of craft articles produced in the town office of Kežmarok from the period of 1515-1740. The craft statutes are characterized as a text type with a specific structure in which are reflected the norm of the legal documents produced in the 16th–18th century, as well as the norms and rules of the social group of craftmen living in this period. The main aim of the analysis of these historical dokuments produced in Kežmarok is to describe the text type craft statute, their structure and language forms. The author wants to contribute to the research of langugate used in municipal offices during the late Middle Ages and Early Modern Period on the territory of Slowakia.
