In Council, Windsor, 7th June, 1779. Resolved, that the captain-general's orders of the 6th of May last, to Colonel Ethan Allen, together with an extract of the proceedings of the adjourned Superior Court, held at Westminster, in the south halfshire of the county of Cumberland, on the 26th day of May last, and His Excellency's proclamation of the 3d instant, be published. -
