The conference language is English. The conference location is wheelchair accessible. We will try to accommodate special needs and provide child care in case of need. We kindly ask participants to let us know about applicable requirements by June 30th 2010.

Please note that travel funds cannot be granted and we ask participants to apply in time for travel funding at their home institutions.

Participation is free. There is no registration fee. However, due to limited capacities participants are required to register until September 1st 2010.
