CALL FOR PAPERS

The National Postgraduate Colloquium in German Studies is a biannual event organized in association with the Institute of Germanic & Romance Studies, London (formerly, Institute of Germanic Studies). The forty-first meeting will take place on Friday, 30 and Saturday, 31 March 2007 at the School of Advanced Study, University of London. The organizing committee invites offers of papers from graduate students working on any aspect of German Studies including all periods of literature, the arts, social sciences, history, and linguistics. A general knowledge of German culture and language can be assumed, but not a specialized knowledge of individual topics. ong with contributions to previous meetings in a volume of selected essays.
